Shoparoo is a free mobile application that turns pictures of grocery receipts into dollars for Our Lady Queen of Peace School.

You can earn money for Our Lady Queen of Peace School by taking pictures of the receipts from any store that sells grocery products.  For example:

• Grocers - absolutely ANY grocery store - including your local mom & pop stores
• Supercenters - Walmart, Target, Kmart
• Clubs - Costco, Sam's Club and any other club store that sells grocery products (even if you don't buy groceries when you shop there)
• Drug Stores - Duane Reade, CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aide

With active participation from parents, Our Lady Queen of Peace School can make thousands of dollars each year.  The average receipt is worth $0.05 with the amount varying based on the total purchase amount.  Submitting receipts weekly and consistently results in bonus donations and special offers to earn even more for our school.

Cut your Box Tops from all the General Mills products you buy and send them to the school office in a sealed envelope or Ziploc bag with your child's name and class.  Our Lady Queen of Peace receives CASH for all Box Tops submitted and the class who submits the most Box Tops wins a prize.  Check the labels of all your groceries as General Mills make a variety of different foods from Betty Crocker to Cheerios to the Jolly Green Giant!

All of our local supermarkets (Shoprite, and Stop & Shop) are generous enough to donate a percentage of their profit from our sale of gift cards back to Our Lady Queen of Peace.  These gift cards are used just like cash at the supermarket.  At checkout, you simply give the cashier the card and they will deduct your shopping total from the card.  Any unused balance will remain on the card for your next visit.

However, in order for Our Lady Queen of Peace to get the benefit, you need to purchase the supermarket cards from the Family Association before you do your shopping.
